After she gave him oral sex, he stabbed his psychologist, killed Drew, and various vulgar people because he sprayed Charlie's snot worth over a thousand pounds, and even managed to put on a ridiculous blonde wig, apply lipstick, and jump around with a weapon, Make sure everyone can see (Giancaspro makes sure he has a fast violin before handling these scenes to ensure it doesn't look too small on camera, as evidenced by the decreasing force in some shots), constantly cursing, trying to dance a little disco, cutting off his finger, knocking down a couple, licking his hands clean, and then shooting....
